Often perimenopause can come with some undesirable effects in terms of mood, body composition changes, ability to focus mentally, hot flashes/night sweats, insomnia, digestive issues, vaginal dryness, loss of libido, recurrent urinary tract infections, heart palpitations, not to mention the challenging negative cultural connotations it carries. 

There’s plenty we can do to support our physical and emotional health during this time and reduce or even eliminate some of the unwanted symptoms.

Join my 3-week long THRIVING THROUGH PERI-MENOPAUSE MIND-BODY PROGRAM, which includes:

  • A 40 min weekly group zoom session (that will be recorded) to learn about powerful lifestyle changes, including evidence-based interventions and stress management practices, and how to implement them.

  • A 40 min weekly individual call with me to speak in private and discuss interventions for your personal needs.

  • Group text message support daily throughout the 3 weeks (with opt-out option).

  • Delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes for optimal nutrition and hormone balance: plant-strong (more than 30 different plants per week, which has been found to be the minimum necessary for a balanced microbiome), protein-rich (we tend to lose more muscle tissue at this stage), with fermented foods (necessary for microbiome wellbeing, and for decreasing inflammation), and hormone-friendly fats. 

  • A journal: journaling is a wonderful stress regulating tool that can give us insights, help us process our emotions and support our healing.

  • Recommended supplements and herbs, with brands, doses and sources.
